When will my order ship?
Shipping - Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time your payment is verified and processed. NOTE: COVID-19-related mail delays may occur.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered on orders over $50.
Can I use more than one coupon?
Only one coupon can be used per order.
Do you offer promo codes?
Promo codes are offered to our subscribers via email or text.
Can I be notified when an item is back in stock?
You can be notified when an item is back in stock by selecting the Notify Me button on the item page.
Do you restock items that have been discontinued?
Discontinued items will be restocked based on demand. If you would like to request an item that has been discontinued, use our contact form or email us at info@anointedlevelapparel.com
How do I care for my purchase?
- Machine wash in cold water inside out
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry-clean
- Hang dry or dry on low setting
- Iron inside out on low setting
- Do not iron the design
Returns and Exchanges
Returns - Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt and only if there is a flaw in the item you received. The item must be unworn and in the original condition as when it was shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or issues beyond our control.
Use our contact form to request a refund or replacement of a defective item. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
No returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be processed after 14 days.
